SHIPPING POLICY

VooDooSmokeShop.com reserves the right to limit quantities ordered and to cancel or reject orders without notice.

Free Retail Shipping on all US orders over $25.00 in the continental USA. 

When you place an order online, we provide the estimated arrival date(s) for your order based on the shipping option(s) you choose. Please note that “free shipping” may take longer to ship since we use a variety of ground shipping options in order to continue providing free shipping. All orders will be shipped in time to be delivered within the estimated arrival time frame.

Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Our Shipping Department will automatically send email notifications to alert you when your orders are shipped.

DISCRETE PACKAGING

VooDooSmokeShop.com orders are professionally packed in discrete white or brown boxes. Your order may be shipped using a combination of air and ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you on time. In some cases, orders may be delivered before the estimated arrival date. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders.  You can be ensured you will be able to track your package when it gets picked up from our warehouse and delivered to you safe and sound. 

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

    •    Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
    •    You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Couriers: FedEx UPS or DHL do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail.
